Coaching & Personal Training in Singapore

Performance Training was born in 2019,

When founder Joanne Boulat moved to Singapore from Australia.
Before founding Performance Training, Joanne was a Project Manager in the corporate world. While she still enjoyed her job, there was something extra special every time she worked out.  A spark that she couldn't put into words, but it felt as though it was her calling.
She has always been passionate about fitness. It was a way for her to put herself first, and in 2016, she took a leap of faith and decided to undertake a Personal Trainer certification to teach fitness on the side while also keeping her day job. She loved the hours where she was teaching fitness, even more than she ever loved corporate work. 

Coaching & Personal Training in Singapore

This was the real turning point in choosing a different career path that wouldn't only make Joanne happier and allow her to help others fall in love with fitness the way she did.
In 2019, Joanne had the opportunity to move to Singapore, and she took it. This gave her the perfect reason to quit her Project Manager job and follow her true passion for fitness. There is nothing like seeing the improvements of her client's strength from week to week and seeing visible changes in their bodies.

Helping others feel healthier, happier, and fitter became something that made Joanne feel like she was finally living and living for something amazing.
